Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot (240 km / 7 hrs)
Begin your sacred journey with a drive from Haridwar to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie. En route, visit the famous Kempty Falls before continuing to your hotel in Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (15 km drive + 6 km trek one way)
After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti / Phool Chatti, from where the trek to Yamunotri begins. You can reach Yamunotri on foot, by pony, or doli (at your own cost). After darshan and a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Barkot – Uttarkashi (130 km / 4 hrs)
Drive to Uttarkashi, a revered town known for the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. On arrival, check into the hotel, visit the temple, and relax for the night.
Day 04: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km / 3 hrs one way)
Embark on a scenic drive to Gangotri, passing through picturesque villages, the Bhagirathi River, and the beautiful Harsil Valley. After darshan at Gangotri Temple, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km / 8 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Guptkashi, visiting Tehri Dam en route. Check in at the hotel and relax for the night in this sacred town near Kedarnath.
Day 06: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 14 km trek)
Drive to Gaurikund, the base camp for the trek to Kedarnath. You can trek on foot, take a pony, or use doli services (at your cost). Upon reaching Kedarnath, check into your accommodation and visit the holy Kedarnath Temple for evening prayers. Stay overnight in Kedarnath.
Day 07: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (14 km trek + 30 km drive)
Early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, followed by a trek back to Gaurikund. From there, drive to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 08: Guptkashi – Badrinath (185 km / 8 hrs)
Proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and visit the Badrinath Temple for evening Aarti. Stay overnight in Badrinath.
Day 09: Badrinath – Rudraprayag (165 km / 7 hrs)
Early morning, take a holy dip in Tapt Kund and seek darshan of Shri Badrinath Ji. Visit nearby sacred sites like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Charan Paduka, Bhimkund, and Saraswati River. Later, drive to Rudraprayag for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (160 km / 6 hrs)
Drive to Rishikesh, the ‘Yoga Capital of the World.’ Visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat, and Parmarth Niketan. Later, continue the drive to Haridwar for an overnight stay.
Day 11: Haridwar – Delhi (250 km / 7 hrs)
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, drop off at the railway station or airport, concluding your spiritually enriching Char Dham Yatra 2025.

Payment Terms
- Advance Booking: 40% of the total amount is required as an advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the trip.
Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: If canceled 30 days before the tour start date.
- 50% Refund: If canceled 15 days before the tour start date.
- 25% Refund: If canceled 7 days before the tour start date.
- No Refund: If canceled within the last 7 days before the tour start date.

Security & Identification
- Take care of your belongings before leaving vehicles or hotels; we are not responsible for any loss.
- As per Indian Government regulations, all travelers (Indian/Foreign Nationals) must provide valid identification upon check-in, such as:
- Indian Nationals: Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License
- Foreign Nationals: Passport & Visa
- Hotels may deny check-in if valid ID proof is not presented; the company holds no responsibility in such cases.
Accommodation & Facilities
- Some hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds for additional guests. If you prefer a proper bed, please inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels and resorts do not have elevators/lifts; inform us beforehand if you require assistance with stairs.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable and should be confirmed directly with the hotel.
- Additional charges may apply for room heaters, WiFi, or special meal requests not included in the standard package.
- Meals included in packages will be served as buffet/fixed menu. Additional items not in the standard menu will be charged extra.
Transport & Vehicle Policies
- Air conditioning (AC) will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped.
- Drivers will not operate in no-entry zones, narrow lanes, or areas that cause traffic congestion.
- Driver service is available for 12 hours per day; extra hours must be pre-arranged.
- Certain hill areas restrict driving after sunset and loud music due to safety regulations.
- Pick-up and drop-off points will be fixed (additional stops must be pre-arranged).
- Parking may be far from some sightseeing spots, and travelers must reach the parking area at their own cost.
Cancellations, Refunds & Itinerary Changes
- Tour routes and destinations cannot be changed without prior notice; any modifications may incur additional costs.
- Refunds are not possible for skipped sightseeing points or short stays due to personal reasons.
- In case of natural calamities, political unrest, accidents, landslides, or bad weather, cancellations or delays are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
- No refund for last-minute trip cancellations (within 7 days of travel).
