Day 01: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km / 6 hrs) – Beginning of the Spiritual Journey
Arrive at Delhi Railway Station/Airport and proceed to Haridwar, the gateway to the Char Dham Yatra. Witness the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri and soak in the divine ambiance. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 02: Haridwar to Uttarkashi (190 km / 7 hrs) – The Path to Divinity
After a morning dip in the holy Ganges, drive to Uttarkashi, home to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Check into the hotel and prepare for the sacred journey to Gangotri.
Day 03: Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi (100 km each way)
Travel to Gangotri, the source of the Ganges River, and offer prayers at the Gangotri Temple. Experience the spiritual energy of this holy place before returning to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Uttarkashi to Rudraprayag (175 km / 7 hrs)
Drive through picturesque landscapes and visit Tehri Dam, one of India’s largest hydro projects. Arrive in Rudraprayag, the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 05: Rudraprayag to Badrinath (160 km / 7 hrs) – Entering the Divine Realm
Proceed to Badrinath, stopping at Joshimath, the winter seat of Lord Badrinath. Attend the mesmerizing evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 06: Badrinath to Rudraprayag (155 km / 6 hrs) – Exploring Spiritual Marvels
Early morning darshan at Badrinath Temple, followed by visits to Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and Bheem Pul. Return to Rudraprayag for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Rudraprayag to Haridwar (160 km / 6 hrs)
Visit Devprayag, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganges. Continue to Rishikesh, visiting Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 08: Haridwar to Delhi (220 km / 6 hrs) – Completion of the Yatra
Conclude your sacred journey with blessings and unforgettable memories as you return to Delhi.

Payment Terms
- Advance Booking: 40% of the total amount is required as an advance payment to confirm the booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the trip.
Refund Policy
- 100% Refund: If canceled 30 days before the tour start date.
- 50% Refund: If canceled 15 days before the tour start date.
- 25% Refund: If canceled 7 days before the tour start date.
- No Refund: If canceled within the last 7 days before the tour start date.

Refunds will be processed as per the terms mentioned above, and bank transaction charges (if applicable) will be deducted.

Booking & Communication
- Please read emails carefully to understand package details, pricing, and terms. All email conversations will be part of your contract once the booking is confirmed.

Security & Identification
- Take care of your belongings before leaving vehicles or hotels; we are not responsible for any loss.
- As per Indian Government regulations, all travelers (Indian/Foreign Nationals) must provide valid identification upon check-in, such as:
- Indian Nationals: Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License
- Foreign Nationals: Passport & Visa
- Hotels may deny check-in if valid ID proof is not presented; the company holds no responsibility in such cases.
Accommodation & Facilities
- Some hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds for additional guests. If you prefer a proper bed, please inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels and resorts do not have elevators/lifts; inform us beforehand if you require assistance with stairs.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable and should be confirmed directly with the hotel.
- Additional charges may apply for room heaters, WiFi, or special meal requests not included in the standard package.
- Meals included in packages will be served as buffet/fixed menu. Additional items not in the standard menu will be charged extra.
Transport & Vehicle Policies
- Air conditioning (AC) will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped.
- Drivers will not operate in no-entry zones, narrow lanes, or areas that cause traffic congestion.
- Driver service is available for 12 hours per day; extra hours must be pre-arranged.
- Certain hill areas restrict driving after sunset and loud music due to safety regulations.
- Pick-up and drop-off points will be fixed (additional stops must be pre-arranged).
- Parking may be far from some sightseeing spots, and travelers must reach the parking area at their own cost.
Cancellations, Refunds & Itinerary Changes
- Tour routes and destinations cannot be changed without prior notice; any modifications may incur additional costs.
- Refunds are not possible for skipped sightseeing points or short stays due to personal reasons.
- In case of natural calamities, political unrest, accidents, landslides, or bad weather, cancellations or delays are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
- No refund for last-minute trip cancellations (within 7 days of travel).

- The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of property during the tour.
- We are not liable for any additional costs due to flight/train delays, strikes, hotel issues, or unforeseen disruptions.
