Cost Includes:

• Comfortable AC/non-AC transport throughout the trip.
• Hotel accommodations in Uttarkashi and Haridwar.
• Daily meals (breakfast & dinner as per package).
• Toll, parking, and driver allowances.
• Guided temple visit and sightseeing.

Cost Doesn’t Include:

• Pony, palki, or palanquin charges for the trek.
• Any personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, snacks, etc.).
• Entry fees to specific tourist attractions (if applicable).
• Any unforeseen costs due to roadblocks, weather conditions, or natural calamities.

Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Charges:

• Before 15 days of travel – 20% cancellation fee.
• 7-15 days before travel – 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days – No refund.
  Date Change: Possible with prior request (subject to availability).

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Communication

• Please review all package details, pricing, and terms before confirming your booking. Email conversations will be considered part of the contract.
• A minimum 25% advance payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the journey begins.

Security & Identification

• Travelers must carry valid identification for check-in at hotels:
  • Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
  • Foreign Nationals: Passport & Visa.
• Hotels may deny check-in if proper ID is not provided. The company holds no responsibility for such cases.
• We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings during the trip.

Accommodation & Facilities

• Extra mattresses may be provided instead of extra beds for additional guests. If a proper bed is required, inform us in advance.
• Some budget hotels may not have elevators/lifts. Please check beforehand if assistance is needed.
• Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable.
• Additional charges may apply for room heaters, WiFi, or special meal requests beyond the standard package.
• Meals included in the package will be served as a buffet/fixed menu. Extra items will be chargeable.

Transport & Vehicle Policies

• Air conditioning (AC) will not be operational in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
• Driver services are available for 12 hours per day. Extra service hours must be pre-arranged.
• Parking areas may be a short walk from some sightseeing spots. Travelers must reach these locations at their own expense.
• Vehicles will not enter restricted areas, no-entry zones, or congested locations as per local regulations.
• Driving in hill areas is restricted after sunset for safety reasons.

Cancellations, Refunds & Itinerary Changes

• Changes in itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• No refunds will be provided for skipped sightseeing points or shorter stays due to personal reasons.
• Refund policy:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of total package cost.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost.
  • 7-15 days before departure: 25% refund of total package cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.
• In case of natural disasters, political unrest, bad weather, or government restrictions, we may offer rescheduling instead of refunds.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of travel) are non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

• The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or property loss during the trip.
• We are not liable for any extra costs due to flight/train delays, strikes, hotel issues, or unforeseen disruptions.
• Any legal matters related to the package are subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
