Significance of Yamunotri Dham
Day 01: Haridwar – Barkot (190 km / 7 hrs)
Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Haridwar to Barkot, passing through Dehradun and Mussoorie. En route, visit the mesmerizing Kempty Falls. Upon arrival in Barkot, check into your hotel and relax for the night.
Day 02: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (35 km drive + 6 km trek one way)
After an early breakfast, proceed to Janki Chatti / Phool Chatti, the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri. You can reach the temple on foot, by pony, or by palanquin (at your own cost). Take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund, offer prayers at the temple, and return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Barkot – Haridwar (190 km / 7 hrs)
After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar, visiting the sacred town of Rishikesh en route. Explore Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, and Triveni Ghat, where you can witness the enchanting Ganga Aarti. Check into your hotel in Haridwar for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Departure from Haridwar
Conclude your spiritual journey with breakfast and check-out. Drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station or Bus Stand for your onward journey.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment Terms:
- Booking Amount: A minimum of 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full Payment: The remaining amount must be paid before the journey begins or as per the agreed installment plan.
- Payment Modes: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and online payments for secure transactions.
- Late Payments: Any delay in payment may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- 7-15 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.
Other Conditions:
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
- In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, we offer adjustments or rescheduling instead of refunds.

1. Booking & Communication
- Please read emails carefully to understand package details, pricing, and terms. Once the booking is confirmed, all email conversations will become part of the contract.

- CPAI – Room + Breakfast
- MAPAI – Room + Breakfast + Dinner
2. Security & Identification
- Travelers must take care of their belongings before leaving vehicles or hotels. The company is not responsible for any loss or theft.
- As per Indian Government regulations, all travelers (Indian/Foreign Nationals) must provide valid identification upon check-in:
- Indian Nationals – Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License
- Foreign Nationals – Passport & Visa
- Hotels may deny check-in if a valid ID is not presented. The company holds no responsibility in such cases.
3. Accommodation & Facilities
- Some hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds for additional guests. If you require a proper bed, please inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels and resorts do not have elevators/lifts; if you need assistance with stairs, notify us before booking.
- Check-in & Check-out Timings:
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out is chargeable and must be confirmed directly with the hotel.
- Additional charges may apply for room heaters, WiFi, or special meal requests not included in the package.
- Meals included in the package will be served as a buffet or fixed menu. Items not included in the standard menu will be charged extra.
4. Transport & Vehicle Policies
- Air conditioning (AC) will not function in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
- Drivers are not allowed to operate in no-entry zones, narrow lanes, or areas causing traffic congestion.
- Driver service is available for 12 hours per day; additional hours must be pre-arranged.
- Certain hilly regions restrict driving after sunset and loud music due to safety regulations.
- Pick-up and drop-off points will be fixed; additional stops must be pre-arranged.
- Parking may be at a distance from some sightseeing locations. Travelers must reach the parking area at their own expense.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Itinerary Changes
- Tour routes and destinations cannot be changed without prior notice. Any modifications may incur additional charges.
- Refunds are not available for skipped sightseeing or short stays due to personal reasons.
- In case of natural calamities, political unrest, accidents, landslides, or bad weather, cancellations or delays are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
- No refund for last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of travel).
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of property during the tour.
- We are not liable for any extra costs due to flight/train delays, strikes, hotel issues, or unforeseen disruptions.
- All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
